Adult Craft Club

The goal of Craft Club is to try new arts and crafts techniques. The projects focus more on the technique than on the outcome and everyone's project turns out differently. No experience is necessary for any of the projects.

Craft Club Spring 2023

The Spring 2023 season of Adult Craft Club has been planned for in-person; but we will space out and mask as recommended. We will meet at the Stoughton Fire Station. Registration for each craft opens two weeks ahead. Register online, or call to sign up if you don't have an email address.

Have you tried out this modern day paint-by-number craft? Stick colored gems to a canvas to create a glittering landscape. Diamond painting has you use a stylus to pick up color coded gems and stick them to a canvas covered with adhesive. Relax and hyper-focus with us. All materials are provided, including easy listening music and Sarah’s silly jokes.

Modern style: Light up your life– March 2nd
Take a classic Japanese paper lantern and decorate it to make a one-of-a-kind lamp to spruce up your space! We will have lanterns, paints and whimsy of all kinds for you to use, but feel free to bring some special things in to use or share. (Think fancy paper, items to glue on.)

Earth Inspired: Macramé Market Bags– April 6th
Save the earth from single-use plastic by learning how to make a cool Boho tote! This easy macramé bag will be your go-to for your trips to the farmers’ market this spring. Materials provided.

Wooly Bully: Needle felting – June 1st
Maybe you are feeling a little prickly as the school year ends? Maybe you need to learn a new craft that has you using a bunch of pointy needles to help you get your frustrations out. I’m not saying you do. You are obviously doing great. Come make a cute little needle-felting animal or a mushroom. All materials provided.
