Shelved next to the new books on the 2nd floor, Lucky Day books are available on a walk-in basis only (no holds).
Each book checks out for 7 days and can not be renewed. Should a book be returned late, the fees are $1.00 per day.
This collection has been made possible due to donations from
the Friends of the Stoughton Public Library.

Adult book discussions are a great way to meet new people and engage in lively discussion.
The discussions are held the fourth Tuesday of every month from 7 to 8 p.m.
in the library's lower level Carnegie room.
For your convience multiple print copies of each title selection
will be available at the Adult Services Desk approx. one month prior to the discussion.
You do not need to register to participate — just show up ready to share your thoughts!

The Madison Community Foundation grant will allow Stoughton Public Library to focus on significant social issues or
“life transitions". The materials purchased are related to all stages of life from birth, marriage, children, teens, retirement, divorce, health and wellness, death, job loss, relocation, homelessness and other topics. Information and resources on
these subjects is especially relevant for communities such as Stoughton where residents are experiencing major
employee layoffs, financial strain, and limited family resources, as well as the events of everyday life.
